Warranty Policy for Knives and Axes

At Katz Knives, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our knives and axes. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are pleased to offer the following warranty policy:

Limited Lifetime Warranty: We provide a limited lifetime warranty that our products are free from manufacturing defects and failures. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser.

Coverage:

• We cover standard wear resulting from normal use of the product.
• Minor parts needed for repairs, such as loose fittings, missing screws, and assorted issues, will be sent to the customer. Alternatively, customers may send the product in for service.

Exclusions:

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by customer abuse or neglect, including leaving the product outside in harsh conditions, using the product as pry tool, etc.
• Sharpening is not provided as a service under the warranty. However, we make an effort to resharpen knives before returning them from a warranty claim as time permits.

Two-Year Warranty (When Specified): Certain products come with a specified two-year warranty. Please check the product details for information on the duration of the warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service via phone or email (information available on our Contact page). Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process.

Resolution: Upon approval of a warranty claim, we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion. If a replacement is not available, a product of equal or greater value will be offered.

Limitations:

• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
